HOCKEY SEASON TICKETS!
Will there be any extra fees for reserving my season tickets online?
- No – There are no extra fees for reserving season tickets online at www.unotix.com. UNO has partnered with Ticketmaster to make the ordering process simple and convenient.
When I'm renewing or purchasing new season tickets online, it asks me for a 'password'. What is this?

To help determine what tickets you are looking for, Ticketmaster has an easy way of identifying your transaction by using a password:
- To become a new Season Ticket Holder, use the following password: NEW. If you would like to specify a section, use the following password: N and the section number (i.e. N102).
- To renew your Season Tickets, use the following password: RENEW. If you would like to change the section you sit in, use the following password: R and the section number (i.e. R102).
Can I still go to the campus ticket office and reserve season tickets in person?
- Yes – the UNO ticket office is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The ticket office is located on the first floor of the Sapp Fieldhouse on the UNO campus. You can also contact the ticket office by calling 402-554-MAVS (6287).
When will I receive notification about my seat numbers?
- Later this summer, UNO will notify season tickets holders about the location of their seats. Seating is determined by what group you belong to. Fans renewing their current seats will be first, followed by those existing season ticket holders who requested to be relocated. Fans reserving new season tickets will be the final group to be seated. If there is a conflict regarding the seats requested, you will be contacted.
What are the advantages to buying season tickets over single-game tickets at the door?
- Purchasing season tickets assures fans of their seat location for all home games. Season ticket holders also have the added benefit of being able to purchase a Qwest Center parking pass at a reduced cost, ensuring a closer parking spot than the general public. The season ticket package is also less expensive than purchasing each game individually. Plus, fans can avoid long lines at the ticket window on game night by already having their season tickets in hand.
When will I receive my tickets?
- No specific date is set, but fans will receive them at least two weeks prior to the first game.
How do I purchase a Qwest Center parking pass for UNO games?
- Information on hockey season parking at the Qwest Center will be sent out as soon as 2007 parking prices have been set by the Metropolitan Entertainment and Convention Authority (MECA).
Why are some of the sections on the arena seating chart marked as not available?
- Some sections are not available for the following reasons: the upper bowl seats on the west side of the arena are curtained off during hockey games and not used, Section 113 is reserved for UNO students, Sections 104-106 are club seats offered through the Qwest Center.
Are there discount season ticket prices for children or senior citizens?
- No – Season ticket prices are based per person, regardless of age.
How much are single-game tickets for hockey games?
- If available, single-game ticket prices are $15 for lower
bowl and $12 in the upper bowl – except for those games listed below:
- Lower Bowl
- Stampede Games – $23
- Michigan or Ohio State Games – $18
- CCHA Playoff Games – $16
- Upper Bowl
- Stampede Games – $18
- Michigan or Ohio State Games – $15
- CCHA Playoff Games – $13
How much are UNO student tickets for hockey games?
- UNO students are admitted free with a current UNO photo ID. Students from other schools, with valid student ID, will be admitted for $8.
What is the "Red Army," and why is there a special season ticket package for that section?
- The "Red Army" is a group of UNO's most enthusiastic and dedicated fans. They are a very vocal section with special chants, drums and bells. The section can be very rowdy and requires fan participation of those seated there. If you want to cheer loudly the entire game, this is the place for you.
How can fans be assured that upper bowl ticket holders won't migrate to the lower bowl?
- UNO is working with the ticket printers and MECA to ensure that fans sit in the seats they have purchased. Tickets will have a separate color for upper and lower bowl seats. UNO is also working with MECA to provide additional usher training to minimize this issue.
When will the final hockey schedule be available?
- UNO has a tentative schedule that will be finalized and announcement later this summer. UNO's opponents for the Mutual of Omaha Stampede will also be available at that time.
I understand that I don't need to donate to obtain priority seating anymore, but what if I would still like to make a donation to UNO Athletics?
- In the next few weeks, a letter will be going out to all past priority seat donors explaining to how they can still help support UNO Athletics by giving to the University of Nebraska Foundation.
